How much does shipping cost?
Any orders over $50 in Australia receive free shipping! For all other orders we offer $5 flat rate domestic shipping and $20 international shipping.
How are the prints posted?
All prints are posted through Australia Post. For courier or express post, please contact us directly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the specific requirements and customisations of your print, most items are dispatched within 7-10 business days of payment being received. If you need your item urgently - please send us a message in the notes to seller section when checking out.
Some prints (e.g. milestone and birth prints) may require you to view and accept the proof prior to being sent. Please return all proofs within 24 hours so we can move forward with your design, and get the item to you as soon as possible.
International Shipping Details
Untracked postage - up to 7 days.
By selecting this option you are agreeing that this item will be sent at YOUR OWN RISK and no refunds or replacements will be offered if something happens to it.
Tracked postage - up to 6 days.
Express postage - up to 4 days.
Parcel is tracked and needs a signature on delivery. By selecting this option you are speeding up only the postage time. Choosing express post does not mean you will receive your order in 2 days time.
How will my prints be packaged?
Each print is protected by a plastic pouch and sent in either a rigid cardboard wrap-around mailer or tube to prevent any damage through transportation.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in delivering our items to you so they reach you on time and in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event that there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days and we'll replace the item for you.
What happens if there is an error with my order?
All customised prints will be emailed to you for review prior to being sent in the mail. However, in the unlikely event there is an error with the print, we will send you a replacement print free of charge. Your satisfaction with our product is of great importance to us.
Can I return my print?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return based on change of mind.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please choose your items and enter all customised details carefully. Once the order is placed and our design team starts working on your item we cannot make changes. If you need to make an urgent change please contact us directly as soon as possible.
Can I customise any details or colours of the prints?
Yes you can! All colour changes are free of charge, however any other editing may incur a small fee. Please contact us directly prior to purchase.
I have a specific design in mind, can you create it for me?
Yes we can! We love working with other creative people and making their vision come alive. Email us to start a collaboration and create your perfect print!
